Who we are
Property Galicia is an Estate Agency
founded in 2003 by a group of UK and Spanish real estate
professionals.
We believe that the Galician coast is an excellent place
to live in or, at least, to make investments in, and we
understand that investors from abroad might require local
assistance throughout the various steps that lead to the
acquisition of a property.
We can assist you in:
- identify one or more properties according to your needs
- arrange for visit(s) here
- handle all paperwork (rates, local income tax office, municipality, etc.)
- arrange for a notary public
- assist you with any further needs after the sale's completion
